歴史ある 13 エーカーのスタジオで、今でも TV と映画製作に使われている。
Samuel Goldwyn Production のオフィスとステージがあり、
1920 年代と 1930 年代の間にここを借りていた。
長い間、ここは Pickford-Fairbanks Studios、the United Artists Studis、Warner Hollywood Studios となり、
最近は The Lot として知られている。

ここは Mary Pickford と Douglas Fairbanks が買い、
1919 年に Pickford-Fairbanks Studios が作られた。
Samuel Goldwyn 等の独立プロデユーサーが利用、
1928 年に、the Distributed the United Artists Studios と名前を変え、
Goldwyn と Joseph Schenck がここにたくさんの施設を作ったが、
Schenck は Goldwyn に権利を残して、1935 年にアメリカを去り、
Fairbanks は 1939 年に亡くなり、Pickford へ彼のシェア分を残した。
Goldwyn が 1940 年に United Artists を去った時、
所有権争いで裁判闘争となったが、公式に Samuel Goldwyn Studio となり、
1980 年に買われて Warner Hollywood Studio となったが、
Warner Bros. は 1999 年に土地を売り、The Lot と公式に名前を変えた。
